    “ Although I've only been to one event so far, I recommend that others consider joining this meetup group because they are an active group with many ideas and events always going on. They are welcoming and I think it is important for children to have a social group to belong to where they can see parents and kids interacting with each other in a trusting and non-committed friendship among all. Sometimes being a single parent on your own within a family or neighborhood community you don't really get a chance to bond and do activities with people who share the same struggles and issues you do as a single parent. I also enjoy this group as they try to have and select activities that do not cost much and many are free as during these economic down times many of us have no money to do things fun with our kids. ”
