Please be sure to check our message board periodically as this is an ideal way to both communicate with other members as well post your own comments/suggestions. I welcome any and all suggestions as to what activities you would like to participate in & will do my best to make them happen. However, your input is critical to having fun & successful meetups. If there is a meetup that you enjoyed in the past or a pasttime that you & your family enjoy & you think the group would enjoy also, please do not hesitate to offer it as a potential meetup!
I have learned via other meetups that I belong to, that one person cannot do it all. Suggestions, comments, complaints are always welcomed but having HELP goes a long way towards creating & maintaining a fun atmosphere for everyone. To that end, I am seeking ASSISTANT ORGANIZERS willing to help plan/host the many activities that come our way.
Specifically, I'm hoping to find individuals who have a "passion" (or at least be willing to research,etc) for the following:
ASSISTANT ORGANIZER: camping/hiking areas in the immediate 5 counties (PA)
ASSISTANT ORGANIZER: water activities (swimming,boating,rafting,etc.)
ASSISTANT ORGANIZER: indoor events (inclement weather days)
ASSISTANT ORGANIZER: the occasional "grown-up" events (happy hours,movie night,sporting event,etc)
Having said ALL that, I can't wait to see you outside!
