This is a support group that will meet once a week. IAs a therapist, I will be facilitating the group. We will focus on the pain of separation and divorce and ways to lessen the impact. Special topics will include grief, anger, parenting, dating again, and others.

This group is starting in June 2012 for working or stay-at-home moms of school-age boys ages 3-12 in Exeter Township, PA or surrounding areas.  All moms are welcome. Make new mom friends-take a break from home or work to chat, laugh, and have fun. Words to describe this group: sincere, casual, fun, and friendly. Occasional outtings will be planned for kids, moms, or the whole family. If Dads want to be involved, events can be planned for them as well.
